Our Team

A husband and wife team ready to watch you succeed! We provide one on one and small group fitness instruction using safe and effective methods of exercise prescription by applying the fundamental principles of exercise science, tailored to individual needs recognizing client strengths and weaknesses. We evaluate our clients’ physical fitness and track progress by conducting health history evaluations, fitness testing, nutrition and lifestyle change evaluations.

With over 20 years of combined training experience, we offer knowledgeable and private instruction in our fitness training studio. You will find customized programming designed to meet your fitness level, needs or challenges in a quiet, clean and motivational setting with no memberships needed.

Our fitness studio is equipped with new, top of the line, professional level equipment that you will need to reach your fitness goals.

We welcome all ages and fitness levels, and look forward to helping you achieve your individual goals for maximum health and well being.

  • I went to the doctor for my yearly physical. The doctor gave me the usual onceover with the usual tests and so on. Most of the physical was fine except my weight, 325 pounds, which gave the doctor quite a bit of concern. I had been diagnosed with sleep apnea due to my weight at that time—that required me to start wearing a breathing machine at night. The concern during my physical was that of type 2 diabetes which the tests indicated that I was not too far away from having. The doctor gave me a couple of options: soon be taking medicine to treat the weight related diabetes or start a regular exercise routine and lose weight. Later i set up a membership for myself and my son. I took it a step further and started into a routine with a personal trainer, Tyler Russell. It wasn’t easy in the beginning as I was in worse shape than I believed I was. With Tyler’s instruction the weight began to come off and my stamina increased. The hardest part of the routine was, and still is, watching what I eat. I’ve gotten to the point where that is coming under control, though. The personal training I get from Tyler has become a way of life for me. I’ve lost a total of 120 pounds and have set a personal goal of 20 more pounds. My last physical showed all tests normal with the diabetes threat no longer an issue. I feel better than I did 20 years ago and feel better every day. It’s not real easy, I have “days”, but once I gained the exercise habit it became easier!

  • When I started with Real Life Resolutions back in the spring of 2015 I weighed around 196lbs, today I am down to 140lbs. Tyler was my trainer and he was always very good at motivating me and pushing me, even on days when I felt like I didn’t have it in me. He is very knowledgeable and was able to help educate me on nutrition, working out, and supplements. Tyler and Kristina are always willing to help and answer questions. They are two of the most compassionate and caring people I know! 
    Before going to Real Life Resolutions I was never comfortable going to a gym because I didn’t know what to do and now I have the confidence and knowledge to do so.
